Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using NoiseOut ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). NoiseOut is operated by NoiseOut ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including account owners, administrators, and agents.

2. The service

NoiseOut provides:

  • A Windows application that performs real-time AI noise cancellation and accent coaching (in development) on the agent's local device.
  • A web-based supervisor dashboard for monitoring agent audio quality and managing seats and billing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • One account per organisation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Plans and billing

NoiseOut offers the following plans, billed monthly in USD:

  • Starter — $50/month, up to 10 seats.
  • Growth — $199/month, up to 50 seats.
  • Business — custom pricing, multi-team deployments.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing, contact us.

Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your seat count covers your active agents. A seat is considered active when a machine has sent a heartbeat signal within the preceding 24 hours.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial for up to 5 agents with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. One free trial is allowed per organisation and per computer; creating additional accounts to obtain further free trials is not permitted. At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a paid plan is activated. We reserve the right to modify or end the free trial offer at any time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds on cancellation unless required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Windows application.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised parties.
  • Use the Service to process audio in a manner that violates the privacy rights of call participants where applicable law requires consent to recording or monitoring.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the web dashboard, Windows application, AI models, and all related documentation — remain with NoiseOut. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription term.

9. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoiseOut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoiseOut and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
